Content Module I

- The bowls
Choosing, caring for and different ways of playing singing bowls, understanding the fundamental principles behind the vibrations and sounds, and how to use them for oneself and people close to you. Applications and contra-indications.

- Listening
The distinction between active and passive listening.

- The voice
To make the voice more flexible, to reconnect with SOUND before music was invented, to resonate with the sounds and harmonics of the bowls.
A re-encounter with our closest and most intimate instrument, from the authenticity of each one of us.

The Module I is focused on the personal and spiritual development of each participant through sound.

It also gives a first pass to practitioners to experiment with sound on a personal level, before integrating it into their own practice.

Open to anyone interested in exploring the world of vibrations. It is not necessary to have any musical training, musical sense or a good ear.
